Refund Policy

Returns 
You have 30 days to make a return of any items with the tag attached and your receipt for in-store credit only. Return shipping customer’s responsibility. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

You must include your receipt in your return.  

If Shoes were worn, the return will not be accepted. 

Gift Cards cannot be returned. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


Refunds 
Please send an email to platosclosetcc@gmail.com once you have shipped your return. Include the transaction number from your receipt, the item sku number that you are returning, and the tracking number of your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Plato's Closet Cordova Account. 

How to use store credit. 

Call the store at 901.386.0340 and we will process your items in store instead of website. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
